Tips Baked Eggs and Spinach Recipe

This Prepared Spinach Eggs is super solid, simple to make and scrumptious!

Prepared Eggs and Spinach Formula


Fixings:

6 containers solidly pressed spinach clears out

2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes

1 shallot, hacked

2 tablespoons coconut oil

4 eggs

1 ounce crude cheddar

1 teaspoon Italian flavoring

Ocean salt and dark pepper to taste

Bearings:

Preheat stove to 400 degrees F.

In a skillet, warm coconut oil over medium warmth.

Include shallot and cook for around two minutes. Include spinach and cook for another 3-4 minutes, mixing infrequently.

Include sun dried tomatoes and blend well. Appropriate spinach/tomato blend into ramekins.

Break one egg on top of every ramekin over spinach blend. Sprinkle Italian flavoring and salt and pepper over each egg.

Put every ramekin on a preparing sheet and place in stove to heat for 15-18 minutes. Expel from stove and sprinkle cheddar over eggs.
