1 glass sans gluten hotcake flour

2 eggs

¼ glass coconut drain

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (discretionary)

½ glass berries or fruit purée

½ tsp cinnamon

Stevia to taste

2 tablesppon coconut oil

Maple syrup

Headings:

Blend all fixings (aside from coconut oil, syrup)

Warm coconut oil or margarine in a skillet over medium warmth. Scoop hitter into skillet and cook until air pockets shape through the player (around 3-4 minutes)
