Tips Florentine Omelet Recipe

Florentine Omelet Formula

Fixings:

1 tablespoon coconut oil

3 eggs

1 modest bunch spinach

¼ little onion, cut thin

½ glass mushrooms

1 tablespoon garlic, squeezed

½ glass sun-dried tomatoes

3 tablespoon disintegrated goat cheddar

Headings:

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Blend in spinach, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

In a little skillet covered with coconut oil, cook egg blend over medium warmth around 3 minutes, or until halfway set.

Flip with spatula and keep cooking 2-3 minutes. Diminish warmth to low and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or fancied doneness. Beat with tomato and disintegrated goat cheddar.
