Pumpkin Pie Oats Formula
Fixings:
2 mugs coconut drain
⅔ container steel cut oats
½ container pumpkin puree
½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla concentrate
squeeze of ocean salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
Bearings:
In a medium estimated pot, pour in coconut drain and convey to a low bubble.
Include oats and swing to down to stew.
Include pumpkin puree and chia seeds and keep stewing 5-7 minutes.
Include vanilla, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
