All you need is a little over 15 minutes and the following ingredients:Ingredients: (Measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ML)5-6 bread slices2 tbsp Oil and basic spices (Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Pinch of Hing)1 tbsp finely chopped ginger Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds 6 to 7Kadi  Patta & Coriander Leaves2 medium-sized tomatoes,1 average sized Onions,1 green chilly Method: Chop the bread slices in cubes.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, and add 1 tablespoons mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Add 2 green chilli, 1 tablespoons chop ginger and 6-7 curry leaves.Add ½ cup of onion and stir it on a low to medium flame, until they turn translucent.Add ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes and all the basic spices to taste.Stir and Saute the Onion-Tomato-Spices mixture till the tomatoes soften, and you can make out the oil getting released from the tomatoes.Add the bread cubes and saute them for 4 to 5 minutes till they become slightly crisp from the edges.Add 1 tbsp of chop coriander leaves.Mix and dole out hot bread upma for a tasty evening snack.

Add ½ cup of onion and stir it on a low to medium flame, until they turn transparent.

Add ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes and all the basic spices to taste.

Stir and Saute the Onion-Tomato-Spices mixture till the tomatoes alleviate and you can see the oil receiving released from the tomatoes.

Add the bread cubes and saute them for 4 to 5 action till they become slightly crisp from the edges.

Add 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.

2. Bread Dahi Vada

ingredient:

10 bread slices.

Mashed paneer.

250 gm curd.

Oil to fry and basic spices. (Red chilly powder, amchoor powder, salt, cumin crush and black pepper)

1 tablespoon anardana

Allow to simmer for about 8-10 minutes.

The vinegar will thicken while it cooks.

Once the quantity that is in the pan reduces by about half, turn the heat off.

Pour the vinegar into a bowl to allow to cool.

As the vinegar cools it will clot more and become a glaze.

Chop the fresh mozzarella.

Cut the tomatoes in half or thirds to desired size.

Roll the basil to chop into fine strips.

You can toast the baguette if desired, or serve un-toasted.

To toast preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cut your bread into ¾" cubes.Meanwhile have an even coating of oil.Spread the bread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 375˚F for 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crunchy.Serve these up with your favorite green salad. Heat over medium heat until butter is melted.
Stir to combine then set aside and let the flavor infuse into the oil while you chop your bread.
Cut your bread into ¾" cubes.
Meanwhile have an even coating of oil.

Ingredients:8 ounces of raw macaroni2 cups of shredded cheese3 cups milk ¼ cup butter ½ cup cheese 2 ½ tbsps all purpose flour ½ cup breadcrumbs1 pinch paprikaMethod: Cook macaroni in a saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.Stir in enough flour to make a roux.Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly.Stir in cheeses, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick.Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pour pulp over macaroni. Stir well. Melt butter or butter in a skillet over medium heat.Add breadcrumbs and brown.Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover.Sprinkle with a little paprika.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes and serve. Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pour sauce over macaroni.
Stir well. Melt fat or margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
Add breadcrumbs and brown.
Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover.
Sprinkle with a little paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 record and serve.
8. Tadka Bread Snack
Twenty notes, bread slices and a few simple ingredients is all you need to make a heart-warming snack.Ingredients: 2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil1/4 tsp mustard seeds1 onion, peeled and chopped2 green chillies, seeded and chopped1/4 tsp turmeric,1/4 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp sugar1/4 tsp ground cumin1 tbsp yogurt1 tbsp lemon juice4 slices bread, cubed Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish1 tomato, choppedMethod:Heat the oil in a small saucepan, then add the mustard seeds.Once they have popped, tip in the onion and chillies and stir for a minute.Then add the turmeric, sugar, cumin and salt and continue to fry for 1 minute.Pour in the yogurt and lemon juice, rousing continuously.Lastly, fold in the bread carefully so that it doesn't crumble too much.Cook for 2 more minutes, then serve sprinkled with coriander and chopped tomato.

1 onion, peeled and chopped

Method:
warm the oil in a small saucepan, then add the mustard seeds.

Then add the turmeric, sugar, cumin and salt and continue to fry for 1 minute.
