How to Lose Weight Fast In 3 Simple Scientific Steps

2. Go high on proteins
A low carb diet should be accompanied with a rich protein and fat source. Also increasing protein in your diet will help easily decrease carbohydrate. Eggs, lean meat and fish are rich sources of proteins. The most important effect of increased protein is on metabolism. It is stated that high protein boosts metabolism by 100 calories per day.
Proteins keep you full so that you don’t have a craving for munching on snacks and junk food. Veggies like broccoli, spinach, Brussels sprouts, cucumber and celery are also protein rich.
3. Lift Weights Thrice a Week
No matter what people say but diet changes alone will not help you lose weight, at least not easily. If you really want to lose weight faster lifting weights is the best. It is not mandatory that you lift weights but if you are really iron willed then you need to join the gym.
No need to spend 6 days a week in gym only 3 times a week of lifting weight is enough to lose weight. For those who will be in gym for the first time it is advised to exercise under supervision of a trainer.
